Pregnancy Yoga
90 minute session - €50
Course of six one-to-one 90 minute sessions - €250

Hypnobirthing
Course of four hypnobirthing sessions (either over two 5 hour days or four shorter sessions) - €400 (This price includes all course materials - The KG HypnoBirthing Book, audio tracks and home practice pack)
I recommend the above course in order to gain the full benefit of hypnobirthing, but if you would prefer a one-off session I can also provide this. This session will last 2.5 hours - €125 (This price includes audio tracks and home practice pack)
