Is Pregnancy Yoga For Me?

 

My yoga classes are suitable for all women who are more than 14 weeks pregnant.

 

Classes can be individually tailored to you depending on whether you have any pregnancy related symptoms such as back pain, groin pain or SPD, knee issues or any other aches and pains you may have. Pregnancy yoga can actually help to alleviate many symptoms of pregnancy!
